Mommy Burnout
If you haven’t found Mommy Burnout, then you aren’t a Mommy yet. I’ve battled Mommy Burnout from the first months the kids were born and it was called post-partum.
Burnout is a fact of life in all aspects but for some reason it’s supposed to be taboo that we burnout as Mommy’s. Well let me scream it loud and proud for you. I’m HUMAN and I get Mommy burnout. I’m more than just a Mommy and sometimes I need a break. I’m so thankful that my husband feels the same way and see’s me as much more than the mother of his children.
Are you feeling overburdened and unappreciated? Even before this ebook came out it is how I live my life. I don’t want my kids to see a miserable Mom that didn’t enjoy life. I want the exact opposite. I want them to see that I love my family, I love my business and I value myself enough to take time for me!
Mommy Burnout is a perfect read. Do not feel guilty because you want time to be who you are and who you are meant to be. We are not meant to lose ourselves in being Mommy!
