Topical Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients :
1 Can of Cream of Coconut (15 – ounce can)
1 Can of Crushed Pineapple with juice (8 – Ounce can)
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Medium Banana
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Cups Ice Cubes
In Blender, combine ingredients (just not the ice) Blend till smooth. Gradually add ice, blend till smooth. Pour and serve, Refrigerate leftovers.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients :
1 Ripe Banana
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Cup Nonfat plain yogurt
Mix ingredients in blender on high until smooth. You can substitute another frozen fruit for the Blueberries if you like. Pour and serve. Refrigerate leftovers
