Mix up your day with small steps and big steps to the improvement of your health. Add in some small steps such as parking father away from entrances in parking lots. Make larger commitments such as exercising everyday. Adding in small and larger changes makes you realize even small steps can be part of a healthy living plan. Small steps such as seeking out lower sodium foods can really help with your overall health. Larger steps such as joining a gym or investing in exercise equipment can come now or later. Often the smaller steps will lead you to larger ones later.
Change the way to look at exercise. Most of us have an all or nothing view of exercise, which in the end offend leads us to stop exercising entirely.
